Rado Sasilo embarked on his hospitality journey on the luxury vessels of Cristal Cruise Company, honing his skills and passion for food and drink. Moving to the mainland in 2009, he devoted eight years to honing his craft as a Food and Beverage Director, orchestrating unforgettable dining experiences.

In 2022, he joined forces with Vlaho Butrica to take Butchers Grill restaurant to new heights, infusing his expertise as a grill master and culinary virtuoso into every dish that comes out of the kitchen, ensuring perfection in every bite.

Vlaho Butrica’s journey in hospitality spans over two decades, with a remarkable stint of 16 years aboard Celebrity Cruises before anchoring at a hotel complex in 2013 as a seasoned restaurant manager.

In 2022, he embarked on a new venture, co-founding Butcher’s Grill alongside Rado Sasilo. As the heartbeat of Butcher’s Grill restaurant, Vlaho orchestrates impeccable service, ensuring guests feel at ease and their dining experience is nothing short of perfection.
